Scope of Work 🔧
1) Mechanical Installation
Boiler, heat exchanger, header/collector, piping, expansion vessel, circulation pumps, strainers and insulation; leak tests and tightness checks.
2) Electrical & Automation
Power supply, panels, sensors (PT100, pressure, flow, level), actuators and safety chain wiring; PLC/RTU integration and I/O checks.
3) Commissioning Procedure
Pre-flush, oil filling & conditioning, ramp heating, degassing and expansion behavior verification.
4) Testing & Calibration
Pump flow/dP, valve positions, temperature/pressure sensor calibration, alarm & interlock tests, data logging.
5) Efficiency & Operator Training
Heat-transfer performance review, insulation losses, operating setpoints; daily/weekly checklist training for operators.
